The Vivo V25 series of smartphones are set to go on sale in India later today. The Vivo Y22s and the Vivo Y16 are two other Y series handsets that the company is getting ready to launch. The designs and specifications of the Y22s and the Y16 have both been leaked repeatedly.
Retail promotional posters for each of these smartphones have since been released by tipster Paras Guglani (via MySmartPrice), verifying their specifications and appearance. Let's look at it now.
Vietnamese is used in the poster's writing. The laser pattern design, a new design language, will be used for the Vivo Y22s, it says. The gadget will have smooth edges and come in Green and Blue hues. The gadget will contain a Snapdragon 680 SoC, 8GB of RAM, and support for an extra 8GB of Virtual RAM.
The Y22s will come with a huge 5,000mAh battery capacity with 18W fast charging capability. The gadget has a two-day battery life on a single charge. The face of the smartphone will have 2.5D curved glass and a 90Hz display. However, neither the screen size nor the resolution were specified in the poster. The gadget will also have an IP54 rating for water and dust protection. A 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary camera will make up the dual camera system on the Vivo Y22s. An 8MP selfie camera is located on the front.
