The iconic red and white striped bucket from KFC India made its debut as an NFT in the digital sphere on Thursday. An NFT is a digital collectible built on a blockchain, in this instance Ethereum. The 'BuckETH' is a one-of-a-kind unique collectible, according to KFC, and it will be housed on the OpenSea NFT marketplace. Young artists from all around India collaborated to select the artwork for this NFT in order to commemorate the brand's achievement of expanding to 600 outlets in 150 Indian cities. As a digital collectible, the KFC BuckETH showcases a combination of their distinctive patterns.
KFC India tweeted a picture of its specifically created NFT and referred to it as the "crunchiest bucket on the block (chain)".
"With the launch of our first NFT, KFC BuckETH, which was selected among bright creations by up-and-coming artists, we are thrilled to introduce the Bucket in a new way in the modern digital world. The KFC BuckETH gives customers a chance to interact with the company in a way that has never been done before, according to a KFC representative.
An Instagram Live was hosted by actor, comedian, and writer Danish Sait and Instagram influencer Sharan Hegde to announce the release of the BuckETH.
A contest will provide the virtual KFC bucket as a prize.

The coveted KFC BuckETH will belong to one lucky recipient, the business announced in a news release.
