It was announced earlier today that the new iQOO Z6 will debut in China on August 25. Even the smartphone's design was made public by the corporation. The phone has been listed on China Telcom's website, disclosing its essential characteristics, a few hours after the formal announcement.
The iQOO Z6 that will soon be offered in China will differ from the one that will be marketed in India. According to China Telecom's specifications, the phone will differ from the iQOO Z6 Pro from India.
The listing states that the 6.64-inch centred punch-hole display on the Chinese iQOO Z6 with model number V2220A will have a resolution of 2388 x 1080 pixels. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G chipset will power it.
A 64MP primary sensor, a 2MP secondary sensor, and a 2MP tertiary sensor make up the device's triple camera system on the back. The punch-hole on the front will house an 8MP selfie camera.
Aside from WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and NFC, the 5G-capable smartphone will also have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone socket, a USB Type-C connector, and WiFi. A 4,500mAh battery with support for 80W fast cable charging will be its power source.
The phone will have dimensions of 164.17 x 75.80 x 8.59mm and weigh 194.6g. Three colors—Golden Orange, Black Jade, and Star Sea—will be offered for it.
China will provide three memory options for the upcoming iQOO Z6: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. The quoted price is $2,299($337) but we are not sure if it’s the starting price or the price tag of the top-end variant.
