The Vivo X Fold, the company's first-ever foldable phone, was unveiled in April. There are many rumours that the company is developing an updated model of the gadget, which is expected to debut in the Chinese market under the name Vivo X Fold S. A Weibo user published a couple of the device's most important specs.

According to the most recent rumour, the Vivo X Fold S will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. The X Fold S is anticipated to include support for dual in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint scanners, 80W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging.

Remember that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, 66W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging were all included in the X Fold when it became official earlier this year. The X Fold S might only represent a little improvement over the original X Fold. As a result, it might take other features from the original model.

The 8.03-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED display on the Vivo X Fold features a resolution of 1916 x 2160 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The front of the device sports a 6.53-inch AMOLED screen with a resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It has a 16-megapixel front camera and a quad camera system with a 50-megapixel primary camera, OIS, 48-megapixel ultra-wide camera, 12-megapixel telephoto camera, and 8-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. It uses a 4,600mAh battery to power itself.
