According to rumours, the processor will have up to 256GB of inbuilt UFS 3.1 storage and 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM. The smartphone is rumoured to have an OLED display with a possible resolution of 2712 x 1220 pixels. For security, the display may additionally have an in-display fingerprint sensor.
In terms of optics, the smartphone is anticipated to have a triple camera configuration on the back, with a primary Samsung ISOCELL HM6 sensor with a resolution of 108 megapixels. An 8-megapixel Samsung S5K4H7 ultra-wide-angle lens and a 2-megapixel macro sensor are anticipated to be included in addition to the primary sensor. The Xiaomi 12T may have a 20-megapixel Sony IMX596 front-facing camera for taking selfies and making video calls.
