At the OnePlus 10T launch event last week, OxygenOS 13 was formally launched. The OnePlus 10 Pro's beta testing of the Android 13-based software began not long after the device's launch. The business has now disclosed that it is looking for OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro OxygenOS 13 Closed Beta Testers.

Indian customers of the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro have expressed interest in participating in the limited beta testing of OxygenOS 13, according to OnePlus, which made the announcement via a community post.

In order to participate in this Closed Beta Program, the company plans to enlist 200 individuals who satisfy the conditions and have a OnePlus 8 or 8 Pro India device. Additionally, OnePlus will compensate users who participate in the Closed beta test with excellent performances.

Please be aware that the closed beta is not the OxygenOS 13 stable version and that it may have bugs and security risks that could impair the device's functionality. Install the OS on your backup device if you want to test it out.

Many changes will be made in OxygenOS 13, including new functionality and enhanced user interface. A completely new design by OnePlus was implemented, and it was inspired by water. It is known as "Aquamorphic Design" by the business. The user interface still allows for form and function to coexist while having rounded, soft edges for a more pleasurable viewing experience.

The business has not yet disclosed the release date for the OxygenOS 13 update. It will proceed to theOnePlus 10T later this year and may soon roll out to other OnePlus smartphones.
