Samsung has revealed that the future foldable smartphones from the brand would be unveiled at its Galaxy Unpacked event on August 10th.

The Galaxy Z Fold 4 and the Galaxy Z Flip 4 are the company's newest foldable smartphones, and they are teased in a new teaser film that was released in advance of the launch event.

On August 10 at 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (EST), or 6:30 PM in India, there will be a Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event. The firm is anticipated to introduce the newest Galaxy Watch 5 series at the event in addition to the foldable phones.

According to the sources, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will have a redesigned look with a single hinge design that is smaller, lighter, and thinner than the double hinges present on earlier iterations.

It will reportedly incorporate an under-display fingerprint sensor and a 7.6-inch internal display with a refresh rate of 120Hz. On the other side, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 will sport a larger 2-inch cover display in addition to its 6.7-inch vertically folding display.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 engine will power both smartphones, along with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 will include three cameras: a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom.

Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 smartphone pre-orders are already being accepted by the South Korean juggernaut. We must wait until the launch event to learn more, including the exact cost and release dates.
