If we are to believe numerous leakers, the Huawei Mate 50 series will arrive next month. Recent speculations suggest that the standard Huawei Mate 50 won't use the Kirin 9000S platform, which is most likely reserved for the Mate 50 Pro, but rather a Snapdragon 888 chipset with LTE-only capabilities.
The display will be an OLED by BOE with Full HD+ resolution and no larger than 6.38" in diagonal, according to a specs sheet shared by the user TechyPreacher on their Weibo profile. It will also have a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
The Mate series, which boasts a triple 50 MP camera on the back, is considered to be the best Huawei has to offer. Storage options are 128 GB or 256 GB, with RAM specified as 8 GB. The most recent Harmony OS 3, will be used.
According to other speculations, Huawei will launch a branch dedicated to photography dubbed X Mage, which will take Leica's role as the authority in all photographic techniques. While the corporation is mum on a potential launch, the volume of leaks suggests one is imminent even though all these specifications sound like wishful thinking.
