The Lifeme Smart Camera was one of a number of items that Meizu presented last week. At the launch ceremony on August 18, earbuds, power banks, chargers, and cameras were also made available. The result of Meizu's collaboration with Shixi Technology is the Meizu Lifeme Smart Camera. Shixi, which focuses on optics, photography, AI algorithms, and similar topics, has previously had connections with Meizu.
Aviation-grade aluminium alloy and CNC integrated moulding make up the lifeme smart camera's material. The components were anodized, and the device has extremely wear-resistant glass that transmits light. The 48MP Sony IMX581 sensor is one of the new Meizu camera's standout features. Additionally, it boasts a professional-grade ISP with 1T of computational capacity and a 1/2-inch outsole. Wide-angle coverage and 4K video capture are features of the camera (107 degrees). A 6P optical lens, ring flash, and anti-glare coating are additional components.
Thanks to its four-mic array, the Meizu Lifeme can detect audio signals at distances of up to 7 metres. The software investment is equally as important to life as the hardware. It provides a wide range of functions and is based on the Phantom AI full-scene image technology. Auto-focus, auto tracking, various gesture actions, and various close-up modes are some of them. The smart camera's USB-C interface provides flexibility and plug-and-play functionality.
There are no specs yet, however it is known that the Meizu Lifeme will go on sale in September. The smartphone will cost 699 yuan (about $103) at retail.
