First Redmi phone without a charger in the box is the Redmi Note 11 SE!

On August 30, the Redmi India team made the announcement that the phone would go on sale. On August 26, a phone introduction will be made. Here is the link to follow Redmi India's Twitter account. Both Flipkart and the official Xiaomi outlets will sell the Redmi Note 11 SE.

 

The Redmi Note 11 SE doesn't come with a charger.

Some Android OEMs have started to adopt a same mindset as Apple, which introduced the concept of not included a charger in the package. Samsung first took the chargers out of the packaging for its flagship devices, and then it did the same for its more current Galaxy midrange phones.

In contrast to other OEMs, Xiaomi offers extremely fast charging on the flagship models with a charger as well, so this is an odd move. They have started using a Redmi phone for this. The Xiaomi Mi 11 series doesn't come with a charger, but buyers can get one for free when they buy the phone. After that, the charger began to appear once more in the package for the Xiaomi 12 series.

Sadly, the Redmi Note 11 SE won't have a charger with it either. The phone will be officially unveiled today.
