 The new Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset, which will replace the Snapdragon 600 chipset series, has finally been revealed after the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and 7 Gen 1. All of the technical information about the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset is revealed in the spec sheet that Evan Blass (@evleaks) published. The 4nm technology and the lightning-fast 5G modem are the most remarkable details.

Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 Specifications

The new chipset's model number is SM6450, and it is planned to replace the Snapdragon 690 or Snapdragon 695. The new Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor features 2.2 GHz Kryo cores and supports up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 memory as well as a frame rate of up to 120 Hz. It can capture 4K HDR films and supports multiple rear camera setups without shutter lag, which are heartening results on the ISP side.
