Oppo just announced ColorOS 13 for international markets. We even used the software directly. The business is currently looking for beta testers for the Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G ahead of the software's introduction in China tomorrow, August 30.
Only four smartphones initially supported ColorOS 13 in alpha/beta form: the Oppo Find X5, Oppo Find X5 Pro, Oppo Find N, and OnePlus 10 Pro.
This list now includes the Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G, also known as the Oppo Reno 8 Pro Plus 5G in China.
In China, the smartphone's alpha testing recruiting process started on August 24 and ended the following day for the initial round. However, registrations began in August for the international markets. 26 and it is scheduled to end only by September 2.
But out of all international markets, the alpha program is limited to India. On top of that, the firm has only allocated 100 seats.
Therefore, sign up for the programme as soon as you can if you're really keen on using the new software before the majority of people. Simply navigate to Settings > About device, select the ColorOS logo, then select Trial versions, Alpha, and the three-dot menu. Finally, submit the form by following the on-screen instructions.
The ColorOS 13 alpha build will be delivered to chosen candidates through OTA. If this programme for the Oppo Reno 8 Pro 5G will be expanded to new regions is unknown.
However, it is certain that the handset will start receiving beta builds in India in September, and that the stable release may come as early as October.
