Key features of the Lenovo Legion VR700 headset have been teased by the business. Among other features, it will have a Qualcomm XR2 processor, a 4K RealRGB display, and a 6DoF interface mechanism. The headset appears to have numerous cameras, maybe for inside-out tracking, a strap, and two controllers, according to the Lenovo poster released on Weibo. It's possible that this is a standalone VR headset, similar to the Mirage Solo model that Lenovo introduced in 2018.

According to a photo posted by Lenovo on Weibo, the Qualcomm XR2 processor, which supports 5G and provides better CPU and GPU performance than the previous generation, will power the Legion VR700. The Lenovo headset reportedly alsooffer up to 4 times improvement in video broadband, 6 times improvement in resolution, and 11 times improvement in AI performance.

The Lenovo Legion VR700 also has a 4K RealRGB display with a fast brush response and support for a 6DoF interactive system, which enables accurate dual 6DoF head and hand positioning. Additionally, it is hinted that the headset will utilise iQIYI's resources and employ the iQUT 2.0 standard. In essence, this implies that viewers will be able to enjoy their videos more.

One of the first standalone headsets with motion-tracking technology, termed WorldSense, Lenovo's Mirage Solo was initially introduced in 2018. It allowed users to move about, lean, dodge, or duck through space. The controller that came with it was comparable to the wireless controller seen in Google's Daydream headgear.
