Prior to the official deployment, owners of the Vivo X80 Pro and iQoo 9 Pro will be able to sign up to experience Android 13 previews, the companies said on Tuesday. According to Vivo and iQoo, eligible smartphone owners who enrol in the preview programme will get an update on August 23. It is important to note that neither programme will allow more than 500 users. On their smartphones, these customers will have access to the future Funtouch OS 13 running on Android 13. Before signing up for the programme, customers must make sure their cellphones are updated to the most recent stable build.

Users must update their smartphones to the most recent operating system version, 12.0.12.7, in order to sign up. Users who are chosen can begin testing Funtouch OS 13 on August 23.
On Tuesday, iQoo tweeted a comparable message to owners of the iQoo 9 Pro. Users must update their smartphone to system version 12.0.5.8 or higher before signing up.
Users of the Vivo X80 and iQoo 9 Pro must navigate to Settings > System Update > Tap the Settings Icon > Trial version in order to sign up for the Android 13 Preview Program.
It's thought that a number of additional Vivo and iQoo smartphones qualify for the Android 13 update. The businesses haven't formally disclosed a full list of supported devices, though.
