Android 12L update for Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series tablets has begun.

 The Galaxy Z Fold 4 smartphone, which Samsung just released, is the first from the company to ship with Android 12L out of the box. The business is currently implementing it on its tablets.



The first tablets from the South Korean firm to receive the Android 12L software upgrade with One UI 4.1.1 are the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series tablets.


The Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S8+, and Tab S8 Ultra are presently receiving the update in Europe. This new update is currently rolling out to both the cellular and Wi-Fi versions of the tablet.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 has firmware version X70xBXXU2AVH2, according to the SamMobile report, while the Galaxy Tab S8+ model is receiving an upgrade with firmware version X80xBXXU2AVH5. The firmware update for the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is X90xBXXU2AVH2.


The August 2022 security patch is included in the upgrade along with the new version of Android. Given that the update is 2.3GB in size, your smartphone will need to have roughly 2.5GB of free storage.


At the Android Developer Summit last year, Android 12L was unveiled, bringing a user interface tailored for large-screen devices including tablets, foldable phones, and Chrome OS gadgets. Google claims to have improved the UI of Android.beautiful and easier to use on screens larger than 600sp.
