Alleged 10th Anniversary Nubia Z40 Edition receives 3C certification

 The 3C authorities of China has approved the NX703J model of a future Nubia phone. It might be the 10th anniversary version of the Nubia Z40, claims Chinese tipster WHYLAB.



The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset-equipped Nubia Z40s Pro was recently introduced by Nubia in China. The gadget has the model number NX702J. The NX703J model number is associated with the new device that has surfaced on the 3C certification platform. This gadget has previously been discovered in the Wi-Fi Alliance certification site's database.

The Nubia NX703J's 3C listing shows that it will be a 5G-capable gadget. It reveals that a 66W quick charger might be included with the gadget. On the device's additional specifications, sadly, there is no information available. It appears that the rumoured Z40 10th Anniversary Edition may debut in September with the 3C certification at its side.


Recently released Nubia Z40s Pro has a 6.67-inch flat OLED display with Full HD+ resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, up to 12 GB of LPDDR5, and up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage are its power sources. The device runs Android 12 behind Nubia UI.


The Z40s Pro has a 16-megapixel camera for shooting selfies and video calls. The rear camera setup of the device has a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an 8-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS support.

A 5G-capable device, as indicated by the Nubia NX703J's 3C listing, will be available. The possibility of a 66W rapid charger being provided with the device is revealed. Sadly, no details are available regarding the device's other characteristics. According to current indications, the rumoured Z40 10th Anniversary Edition could make its appearance in September alongside the 3C certification.
