According to reports, Nubia is developing the Red Magic 7S line of gaming smartphones. The Red Magic 7S with the model number NX679S and the Red Magic 7S Pro with the model number NX709S were discovered a few weeks ago on the Chinese 3C certification platform. Both gadgets have now been given the green light by the Chinese TENAA agency. This page contains all the details about the Red Magic 7S duo that have come to light as a result of their TENAA certifications.

Specifications for the Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro (rumored)

The 6.8-inch OLED panel in the Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro offers a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. When they were released earlier this year, the Red Magic 7 and 7 Pro supported refresh rates of 120Hz and 165Hz, respectively. It follows that their updated editions will probably provide the same refresh rate.

Both the Red Magic 7S and 7S Pro appear to be powered by the same 3.2GHz octa-core processor. Most likely, the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset will be used in both devices. The RAM on both devices is anticipated to be 8 GB, 12 GB, 16 GB, or 18 GB.

The Red Magic 7S will have storage options of 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB, while the Pro version will have a 1 TB extra storage option. The Android 12 OS and Red Magic UI are preinstalled on the pair.

Both phones will have triple 64-megapixel cameras on their back panels. Both phones are described as having an 8-megapixel front camera in the TENAA listings. However, the Pro version might come with a 16-megapixel selfie camera hidden beneath the display, similar to the Red Magic 7 Pro. The Pro model has a 5,000mAh battery, while the standard model has a 4,500mAh battery. A 165W charger for both phones was observed at 3C. However, it's likely that compared to the Pro model, vanilla will offer slightly slower charging speeds.
