A new Honor Pad 8 was among the several goods that Honor announced today during a sizable announcement party. The new tablet, which replaces the Pad V7 from the previous year, has a massive 12-inch display, a Qualcomm CPU, and an add-on keyboard that is optional.
The IPS LCD screen of the Pad 8 has a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels. All of the bezels are quite thin, and a 5 MP camera is located on the top one. On the back, there is a second 5MP camera.
There is a Snapdragon 680 CPU with a choice of 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB of RAM. The internal storage capacity for all three variants is 128 GB. Even though Honor makes no mention of a micro SD slot, we may lamentably conclude that there isn't one.
The Pad 8 is a multimedia entertainment device, and Magic UI 6.1 adds capability for split screens for more than 6,000 apps. Widgets, floating windows, and the option to connect the tablet to specific Honor cellphones are further features.
The Honor Pad 8 has a lovely, thin body that measures 6.9 mm and weighs only 520 grammes. The 7,250 mAh battery is charged using 22.5W rapid charging through the USB-C connection, which is located on the bottom of the device.
The Pad 8 is available from Honor in White, Blue, and Mint Green. Early birds can purchase it for CNY1,399 ($207) instead of the starting price of CNY1,499 ($220).
