Review of Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 forthcoming

The most feature-rich TWS earphones available right now are Huawei's high-end Freebuds Pro 2 earbuds, which are in use at the office.

Noise-canceling? You got it, up to a startling 47dB, more than twice as loud as what Apple's AirPods Pro provide! sound quality? Yes, the Freebuds Pro 2 offers a frequency response that ranges from 14 Hz to 48 kHz, which is wider than most other TWS. Base? Yes, an 11mm dynamic driver does it. Water-resistance? Splashes are rated IP54.

Three sets of S/M/L eartips and a USB-A to USB-C connection are included with the Huawei Freebuds Pro 2 in a straightforward packaging.

Both Qi wireless charging and USB-C wired charging are supported by the case itself. Without ANC, the battery life is up to 6 and a half hours, and when it is on, it lasts for 4 hours.

We're quite excited to put active noise cancelling to the test. The 47dB maximum claimed by Huawei is really outstanding. We were quite impressed with the Oppo Enco X2's noise reduction capabilities, which compare to them give up to 38dB of noise reduction; anything more would be exceptional.
