The Redmi K50i 5G and Redmi Buds 3 Lite wireless earphones were introduced at the Redmi K50i 5G launch event, which was concluded by Xiaomi India. The phone has a 5,080 mAh battery with 67W fast charging, a 6.6-inch LCD with an adaptive 144Hz refresh rate, and MediaTek's Dimensity 8100 processor.
The K50i 5G is the first Redmi phone to support Dolby Vision, and its LCD screen is of the Fringe Field Switching (FFS) sort. In the centre punch hole cutout, there is a 16MP selfie camera and Gorilla Glass 5 for protection. The phone includes a high impedance headphone port in addition to dual speakers with Dolby Atmos.
Along with an 8MP ultrawide module and a 2MP macro camera, the back of the camera features a 64MP ISOCELL GW 1 primary sensor. The software is handled by MIUI 13 and Android 12. A 5,080 mAh battery with 67W fast charging and PD support up to 27W is included with the Redmi K50i 5G. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, as well as an IR connector, are additional noteworthy features.
The Redmi K50i 5G is available in silver, blue, and black. INR 25,999 ($325) is the starting price for the 6/128GB base model. The cost of the 8/128GB variant is INR 28,999 ($362). The price is reduced to INR 20,999 and INR 23,999, respectively, through early bird deals. Open sales begin at midnight on July 23.
The Redmi Buds 3 Lite have Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity, 6mm dynamic drivers, and up to 18 hours of listening time. They will cost INR 1,999 ($25) and have IP54 dust and splash resistance.
