ASUS has introduced a few new gaming laptops in the Indian market as part of its ROG (Republic of Gamers) line. The ROG Flow X16 and the new ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 are two of the most recent debuts.
Zephyrus Duo 16 by Asus
The gaming laptop has a dual monitor setup, starting with the Zephyrus version. It has a touchscreen with a 14.1-inch diagonal that can support 4K resolution. The laptop has an AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX processor inside, and it can support up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card. The company has provided the ROG Intelligent Cooling system with 84 blade Arc Flow fans and Conductonaut Extreme liquid metal compound on the CPU because the laptop has some powerful specifications. These features can reduce the temperature by up to 15° Celsius when compared to conventional thermal pastes.
A sizable 90Whr battery pack that enables USB Type C 100W power delivery quick charging powers the gaming laptop. Additionally, the secondary ScreenPad Plus display may be set to have up to 4K resolution. Dolby Vision HD, Adaptive Sync, 500 nits of peak brightness, and Pantone verified with 100% DCI P3 colour gamut are all supported by the Zephyrus Duo 16's ROG Nebula Display. Notably, both displays accept touch and stylus input, and a front-mounted IR camera supports Windows Hello.
The ROG Flow X16
The ROG Flow X16 is a different model that the firm also introduced in the area. This variant has a 16-inch display and is XG Mobile compliant, allowing it to fit in a chassis that is only 15 inches wide. However, despite its small size, it still has a powerful AMD Ryzen 9 6900HS CPU. Up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti graphics card is used with this processor. In order to boost visual fidelity, games that utilise Ray Tracing technology will be playable on this gaming laptop.

Similar to the dedicated Frost Force cooling system, the laptop will also have a Pulsar Heatsink. Additionally, this model has a Nebula HDR Display that uses AmLED technology. Additionally, it includes 512 local dimming zones on its screen panel, which could lessen the blooming effect that can be noticed on some HDR-capable panels.
Cost and Availability
The two new gaming laptops from ASUS have recently gone on sale in India and can be bought both online and offline. The starting price of the ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 is 249,000 INR (about 3,122 US Dollars), while the ROG Flow X16 is 179,990 INR (roughly 2,257 US Dollars).
