The most recent Ming-Chi Kuo analysis of the Apple supply chain situation was published. The A16 processor will only be available in the iPhone 14 Pro and 14 Pro Max, according to the report. While this information isn't brand-new, Apple will increase the ratio of flagship to non-flagship chips to 60 percent.

This indicates that the company anticipates selling more iPhone 14 Pro units and will adjust its marketing strategies accordingly, placing the iPhone 14 duo as a secondary concern.

Component vendors are anticipated to grow annually as a result of the increased proportion. In comparison to last year's orders, Sony, Largan, and LG Innotek are all predicted to report revenue that is 20–30% higher.

Kuo also stated that the products from Sony (a sensor manufacturer) and LG Innotek (a manufacturer of colour correction matrices) will only be found in iPhone 14 Pro devices, indicating that the iPhone 14 will not receive the promised camera update.
