Nothing, the business founded by Carl Pei, a co-founder of OnePlus, is about to release Nothing Phone 1, its first smartphone, onto the market.

Today, July 12, the business will formally introduce its first smartphone. The "Nothing (event): Return to Instinct" debut event will begin at 11:00 AM ET, or 8:30 PM in India.

The event will be broadcast live around the world on the business's own YouTube channel. Click here or on the embedded video to witness the Nothing Phone 1 Launch Event live.

The majority of the phone's features have either been hinted by the manufacturer or have surfaced online ahead of the official launch. The 6.55-inch OLED display on the Nothing Phone 1 has a refresh rate of 120Hz.

A layer of Corning Gorilla Glass shields the screen, and for further protection, it has a fingerprint sensor hidden behind the display. The top of the screen has a punch-hole cutout for the 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

The phone sports two cameras on the back, one of which is a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture while the other is a 1/1.56-inch sensor with an ultra-wide secondary lens.

A Qualcomm Snapdragon 778+ CPU, up to 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of internal storage power the smartphone from the inside out. It utilises the Android operating system below the company's own unique Nothing OS UI. A 4,500mAh battery with 33W rapid charging powers the phone.
