The Xiaomi 12S, 12S Pro, 12 Pro Dimensity edition, and 12S Ultra were unveiled in China by Xiaomi. It seems unlikely that any of these products will be sold outside of China. The company is anticipated to introduce the Xiaomi 12T lineup in India, which may include a standard model and a Pro variant. Kacper Skrzypek, a tipper, has revealed the identity of the processor powering the Xiaomi 12T.

There are reportedly two devices in the Xiaomi 12T lineup with the codenames "plato" and "diting." The former is anticipated to make its market debut under the name Xiaomi 12T, while the latter may use the marketing name Xiaomi 12T Pro.

The "plato" device was discovered listed in the MtkList in the Mi Code, according to a previous report by Xiaomiui. It implies that a MediaTek chip will be used to power it. Skrzypek, a tipper, has now asserted that the 12T will come with a Dimensity 8100-Ultra chipset. Therefore, it appears that the Xiaomi 12T Pro could be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform.

The Xiaomi 12T recently received approval from the FCC certification site, which suggests that its official launch may not be far off. The 12T will have connectivity features like Wi-Fi 802.11ax, 5G (7 bands), Bluetooth, GPS, and an IR blaster, according to the FCC listing.

A 120Hz AMOLED display, OIS-enabled rear cameras, 8 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and 120W fast charging are all likely to be included in the Xiaomi 12T Pro's specification list. The Redmi K50S and Redmi K50S Pro, respectively, are rumoured to replace the Xiaomi 12T and 12T Pro in China.
