Huawei unveiled the nova 10 and nova 10 Pro smartphones, two new additions to its nova series. They both have 120Hz OLED screens, Snapdragon 778G 4G chipsets, and 60MP selfie cameras, among other similar specifications. Alongside them, Huawei unveiled Huawei Tag, a proprietary NFC tracker.
Nova 10 and nova 10 Pro from Huawei
The 6.67-inch OLED screen on the Huawei Nova 10 features FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The 60MP selfie camera has a single punch hole cutout here. The 6.78-inch OLED panel in the nova 10 Pro model is bigger and has the same resolution and refresh rate. The Pro version also includes an additional front-facing selfie camera with an 8MP portrait lens.
Both smartphones have the same rear camera configuration, which consists of a 50MP main camera with an f/1.9 aperture and an 8MP ultrawide module with an f/2.2 aperture. A 2MP depth of field sensor makes up the third sensor. With 128GB or 256GB of storage, both phones feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 778G 4G processor. HarmonyOS 2 provides coverage on the software front.

The Huawei Nova 10 has a 4,000 mAh battery and supports 66W wired charging, while the Nova 10 Pro has a larger 4,500 mAh battery and supports 100W wired charging.
Black, Silver, Green, and Violet are the available colours for both Huawei nova 10 models. The Huawei Nova 10 starts at CNY 2,699 ($403) for the 128GB trim and costs CNY 2,999 ($448) for the 256GB model. The price of the Huawei nova 10 Pro ranges from CNY 3,699 ($553) for the 128GB trim to CNY 3,999 ($598) for the 256GB version. Pre-orders have already started while official sales begin on July 8 in China.
Tag Huawei
The company's version of an NFC smart tracker is called Huawei Tag. It utilises Huawei's "Find" network to track objects and can only be paired with Harmony OS 2.0 gadgets. Additionally, Huawei will introduce encrypted location reporting. Additionally, the tracker has a speaker that can produce noises up to 92dB.
The Huawei Tag is only 5.6mm thick and weighs only 6 grammes. It is IP67 water and dust resistant, powered by a CR2032 button battery with a lifespan of more than a year. Huawei Tag is only available in white and costs CNY 99 ($15) per unit. A four-pack is also available for CNY 299 ($45). The open market opens on July 30.
