The Samsung Galaxy S23 series of flagship phones, which are anticipated to debut in Q1 2023, are steadily leaking more details via the rumour mill. The Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ will include the same telephoto camera that was made available on the Galaxy S22 series, according to leaked information that surfaced last month. The specifics of the Galaxy S23 Ultra's telescopic camera have now been made known in a recent article by GalaxyClub.nl.
The newspaper claims that the 10-megapixel telephoto camera on the Galaxy S23 Ultra will have a 10x optical zoom. It suggests that the article is about the S23 Ultra's periscope telephoto camera. The periscope zoom camera that was offered on the Galaxy S21 Ultra and Galaxy S22 Ultra appears to be accessible on the S23 Ultra as well.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra will be the first smartphone from Samsung to include a 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP3 sensor, according to earlier claims. The 40-megapixel front-facing camera that was offered on the Galaxy S22 Ultra is rumoured to be inherited by the S23 Ultra. A 12-megapixel selfie camera is rumoured to be available on the S23 and S23+.
The S23 Ultra's ultra-wide and second telephoto cameras are yet unknown. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform will be included with the Ultra variant, S23+, and S23. According to a recent source, Samsung won't be releasing S23 triple models with Exynos chipsets.
The South Korean business is currently concentrated on its upcoming Unpacked event, which will take place on August 10. Several new gadgets, including the Galaxy Z Fold 4, Galaxy Z Flip 4, Galaxy Watch 5 series, and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro, will be unveiled at the event.
