As an Android user, your entire software support experience is influenced not only by the number of major Android OS upgrades, but also by the regularity with which security updates are released.

In early June, Xiaomi, one of the world's top three smartphone manufacturers, has pushed out the June 2022 Android Security Update to its two flagship devices, both of which were introduced roughly two years ago, not last year.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro 5G and the Redmi K30S Ultra 5G are among the Xiaomi devices that will receive the June 2022 security update. It should be noted, however, that the update will only affect model versions in the Chinese market, not the worldwide variant.

However, the June 2022 security update is likely to arrive on worldwide Xiaomi smartphones in the next weeks, so stay tuned!

MIUI users may update to the most recent version of MIUI 13 with the most recent security patch by going to About Phone > MIUI Version > Check for Updates.

For those who are interested, the Redmi K30S Ultra is a rebranded Xiaomi Mi 10T gadget that was released in Europe earlier in 2020. The Xiaomi Mi 10T was introduced with a Snapdragon 865 SoC and a flagship-grade IPS LCD panel with a blisteringly fast 144Hz refresh rate.

Xiaomi appears to be releasing a spiritual successor to the Mi 10T in 2022, and it will be more inexpensive. The Redmi Note 11T Pro is the smartphone in question. The Redmi Note 11T Pro has a 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The IPS LCD Display is also the first LCD to receive an A+ rating from DisplayMate, and it can compete with the top AMOLEDs in the industry.

The Redmi Note 11T Pro's CPU is also faster and more power-efficient than the Mi 10T's. The Redmi Note 11T Pro is equipped with MediaTek's flagship MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, as well as a 5000mAh battery with 67W rapid charging.
