A Vivo phone with the model number V2219A was recently discovered in the TENAA certification platform's database. The device's ultimate name is yet unknown. was said to be launching an X-series phone. However, according to tipster Blad Panda, it will be released as a Y-series phone.


The V2219A will be a Vivo Y77 series, according to the source. He also stated that this will be the first Y-series phone to enable 80W fast charging. Paras Guglani, another tipster, has predicted that Vivo would launch the Y77 5G series in China this month (July), with features like the Dimensity 8100 processor and 80W charging. The Vivo Y77 5G and Vivo Y77 Pro 5G might be among the gadgets in the range.


The Vivo V2219A boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED FHD+ display and is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core CPU, according to its specifications. The Dimensity 8100 SoC does not appear to power the V2219A.


Up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage are available on the device. The gadget does not have a microSD card slot. It will most likely arrive with Android 12 pre-installed.


The V2219A has a dual-cell battery with a capacity of 4,380mAh (rated capacity) that appears to allow 80W rapid charging. It's unknown if the gadget includes an in-display fingerprint scanner or one on the side. On the front, there's an 8-megapixel camera, and on the rear, there's a 50-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual-camera system.
