Vertu Paris has released a new smartphone, the Vertu Constellation X Ulm, to mark its 22nd anniversary. For the first time in the phone market, this new product will be available through an exclusive sales process. The smartphone was announced alongside a collaboration with Binance, a bitcoin trading website.

NFTs are a great way to get a Vertu smartphone.

Notably, Vertu has devised a one-of-a-kind launch strategy for this new item. Only 10,555 units of this smartphone are available for purchase on the brand's official website with the purchase of an NFT. The business stated that 1,000 NFTs will be sold on the Binance NFT platform, with the remaining NFTs being sold on Galler.io, a decentralised platform, and the official Vertu Paris website.

Vertu says that after purchasing an NFT, owners will have until September 23, 2022 to decide whether they wish to upgrade to the Vertu Constellation X Ulm smartphone. The latter option will be delivered by February 2023 to those who choose it. Users can also keep their NFT and join the new Vertu 3.0 business club, which brings together the brand's long-standing clients with the new web 3.0 community.

The 10,555 NFTs went on sale for $5,175 on June 20. (approx. Rs. 4,03,800). The Vertu Constellation X Ulm smartphone, on the other hand, costs $14,890. (approx. Rs. 11,61,940). Aside from that, Vertu is giving away a prize pool to the owners of its first NFT collection.
