According to a source, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 may have the same 5W wireless charger as its predecessors. The FCC certification website has purportedly shown a Samsung 5W wireless charger, which is thought to be for the forthcoming Galaxy Watch 5 range, which is set to ship in August. Other important details aren't revealed in the listing. However, according to a research published earlier this month, new smartwatches will have somewhat bigger batteries than prior versions.

A new Samsung 5W fast charger appears on the FCC certification site, according to MySmartPrice, which might be for the next Galaxy Watch 5 Series. On the website, the charger has the model number EP-OR900, which corresponds to the battery for the Galaxy Watch 5 40mm model, which has the model number EB-BR900ABY.

A Samsung charger with the same model number was also seen on South Korea's National Radio Research Agency (via Sammobile) (RRA). All of this implies that the new Galaxy Watches are getting closer to being released.

As previously stated, the Galaxy Watch 4 and Watch 3 series watches both have the same 5W wireless charging speed, resulting in a charging duration of under two hours for a full charge.

In August, the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 is likely to be released. Samsung hasn't provided much information regarding the Watch 5, but we do know that it will be available in two sizes: 40mm and 44mm. In addition, there will be no classic model this year. It has been replaced by a "Pro" version by the corporation.

The Galaxy Watch 5 40mm version would have a 276mAh battery, according to earlier reports. A 397mAh battery will be included in the bigger 44mm variant. Titanium and Sapphire are rumoured to be used in the construction of the forthcoming timepieces.
