The TCL Stylus 5G is a stylus-enabled smartphone that looks a lot like the Galaxy Note. The new low-cost 5G phone comes with a stylus pen for $260.
In its peak, the famous Galaxy Note was in a class by itself. It belonged to a relatively tiny group of cellphones featuring a stylus. The new Stylus 5G joins a limited group of low-cost smartphones that can use a stylus. It is intended to compete with existing Motorola and other smartphone models on the market. It comes with a 6.81-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1080p. This gives you plenty of room to use the built-in pen on the screen.
A pre-installed programme for the TCL Stylus 5G converts handwriting to text. Handwritten equations may be recognised by a specific calculator software. The device's MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip offers 5G network connection. It has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be expanded via a MicroSD card. The phone comes pre-installed with Android 12 and is enhanced with new stylus functions. The TCL Stylus 5G is powered by a 4,000mAh battery that can last up to 24 hours.
An audio jack and a fingerprint sensor are among the additional features offered on the TCL Stylus 5G. The power button has a fingerprint sensor on top of it. The TCL Stylus 5G's camera configuration is highlighted by a 50MP primary camera. TCL is only providing one Android upgrade for the new stylus-equipped mid-ranger in terms of support. The TCL Stylus 5G will also receive two years of security upgrades. It will be interesting to see how the TCL Stylus 5G compares to other stylus-equipped phones on the market.
