The company has confirmed the POCO F4 5G processor. The India Twitter account for Xiaomi's sub-brand has begun teasing features of the upcoming device. The smartphone's model number 22021211RI has also been discovered on the Geekbench benchmarking platform, revealing additional specifications.

According to POCO India, the Snapdragon 870 will power the POCO F4 5G, which is said to be one of the most optimised Snapdragon 800 series chipsets available. LiquidCool 2.0 technology, which includes a vapour chamber and 7-layer graphite sheets for heat dissipation, will also be included in the device. In the coming days, we can expect POCO to tease more features of the upcoming F4 5G.

The POCO F4 5G is also said to be equipped with Snapdragon 870, according to the Geekbench listing. It also reveals that the phone will have 12GB of RAM and will run on Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top. In Geekbench's single-core and multi-core tests, the device receives 978 and 3,254 points, respectively.

In China, the POCO F4 5G is expected to be rebranded as the Redmi K40S. If this is correct, we can anticipate a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate on the smartphone. It could have a 48MP + 8MP + 2MP triple rear camera setup, as well as a 20MP front-facing snapper. A 4,500mAh battery with 67W charging is expected to power the smartphone.
