Realme is rumoured to be working on a new addition to its smartwatch lineup. The new Realme Watch 3 is set to launch soon, but the smart wearable has been spotted on the FCC certification website ahead of any official announcement.
According to a MySmartPrice report, the Chinese smartphone maker's upcoming smartwatch was spotted on FCC, indicating that the Realme Watch 3 will be released soon. Given that the brand hasn't released a new smartwatch in over a year, the new model should be on the way soon. According to the FCC database, the smartwatch will have the model number RMW2108 and a square display with rounded corners.
Furthermore, the Watch 3 will be powered by a slightly larger battery pack than the previous model. The FCC listing reveals a 340mAh battery pack, which is larger than the predecessor's 310mAh battery, which lasted up to 12 days. In other words, the newer Watch 3 model should have a longer battery life. The smartwatch has already been discovered on a number of certification sites.
That is to say, its release date should be approaching soon. It was even listed on the BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), indicating that it will be released in India. The IMDA and SIRIM Malaysia certification websites have also been spotted. So stick around for more, as we will be providing updates since more details should surface in the near future.
