Earlier this month, Apple unveiled the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro with an M2 processor. Apple hasn't specified a specific release date for the MacBook Air, despite the fact that the MacBook Pro went on sale a few weeks ago. However, if a recent report is accurate, the MacBook Air will go on sale on July 15 and pre-orders will reportedly start on July 8.
Starting at $1,199, the M2 MacBook Air is available with either an 8-core or a 10-core GPU. It has a 13.6" Liquid Retina display with a 500 nit maximum brightness and a 52.6" Wh Li-Poly battery that is said to provide up to 15 hours of web browsing and up to 18 hours of Apple TV app movie playback.
The M2 MacBook Air comes in four colour options: Silver, Starlight, Space Gray, and Midnight. It has a backlit Magic Keyboard and a MagSafe 3 charging port. It weighs 1.24 kg and is 0.44" thick.
