POCO is preparing to launch the POCO C40 internationally, and an official render of the device has been released. The launch date for this new smartphone is set for June 16. The POCO C40 gives you a taste of the Xiaomi Redmi 10C and Redmi 10A smartphones. The back design of the Poco C40 appears to be inspired by Redmi devices.

The POCO C40 has a 6.71-inch 60hz IPS LCD display with a waterfall notch and HD+ resolution (720 x 1650 Pixels). The POCO C40 will be the first smartphone to include the JR510 chipset, which has four cores running at 2.0 GHz and four cores running at 1.5 GHz, and will run Android 11. It's a low-cost chipset for low-cost devices.
The POCO C40 is only 203g in weight and has a large 6000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. On the camera front, the POCO C40 official render shows a 13MP + 2MP AI dual camera arrangement with POCO branding on top, as well as a 5 MP selfie camera. The gadget has a RAM of 4 to 6 GB and inbuilt storage of 64 GB. It will be equipped with a 3.5mm jack. There are three colour possibilities for the POCO C40: black, green, and POCO yellow. Only the black colour choice is included in the official POCO C40 render.
The POCO C40's price point
The market price for the POCO C40 will be revealed at the worldwide launch event on June 16, however according to sources, the price point for the POCO C40 4GB+64GB variant would be set at $177, or around Rs 13,000 in India. With the global debut of the POCO C40, the POCO C40 Plus version is scheduled to be released. There is currently no information available on C40 Plus.
