Nothing is preparing to debut its first smartphone, the Nothing Phone, on July 12th (1). The business just offered us an early glimpse at the phone's design, showcasing a transparent back panel with several LEDs, a wireless charging coil, and various ports, all of which are painted white.

While no official information regarding the device's specifications has been released, the Nothing Phone (1) is expected to be a mid-tier smartphone. The price of the Nothing Phone (1) has also been disclosed, indicating that it would be a mid-range smartphone. More information on the Nothing Phone can be found here (1)

Nothing (1) Phone Price

According to reports, the base variant of the Nothing Phone (1), with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, could cost $399 in the western market. The Nothing Phone (1) is expected to cost around Rs. 30,000 in India. Nothing, at least in India, is likely to price its first smartphone aggressively.

Nothing Phone (1) may have to compete with the OnePlus Nord, Realme GT Neo, iQOO Neo, and even the incoming Poco F4 for the asking price. As a result, Nothing Phone (1) must offer something new and unique, as well as competitive pricing, in order to compete with India's recognised smartphone brands.

Features of the Nothing Phone (1)

The Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC is reported to power the Nothing Phone (1), which is likely to include at least 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The smartphone may not have a microSD card slot and instead may feature two nano-SIM card slots, one of which will support a 5G network.

The Nothing Phone (1) is expected to have a 6.5- or 6.6-inch FHD+ OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The display is rumoured to include HDR support and tempered glass protection, and the phone may even include an in-display fingerprint sensor, which will most likely be an optical sensor like most Android smartphones in this price category.
