Realme's upcoming flagship phone, the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition, will be powered by Qualcomm's powerful Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chipset. According to rumours, the device will be unveiled in China in July. The Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition has received TENAA certification, which has revealed its images and specifications ahead of its expected launch.
According to previous reports, the GT 2 Master Explorer Edition's model number is RMX3551. The device was certified by China's 3C regulatory body at the beginning of this month. According to the listing, it could be the first Realme phone to support 100W charging.
According to the TENAA listing, the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition has a 6.7-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display with a punch-hole in the top-center position. It'll almost certainly support a 120Hz refresh rate.
The smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 mobile platform, which runs at 3.2GHz. The phone will be available in RAM capacities of 6 GB, 8 GB, and 12 GB. It will be available in storage capacities of 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB.
A 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel secondary camera, and a 2-megapixel lens will be included in the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition. It will have a 16-megapixel camera on the front. Realme UI 3.0 will most likely be installed on top of Android 12.
The GT 2 Master Explorer Edition is expected to be available in two battery variants: a 4,800mAh battery with 150W charging and a 5,000mAh battery with 100W charging. The battery variants are not mentioned in the TENAA listing, but it does have a 2,440mAh dual-cell battery. Finally, it has dimensions of 161.3 x 74.3 x 8.2mm and weighs approximately 199 grammes. It will be available in white, brown, and green.
