Now, Fossil is getting ready to introduce a hybrid version of the Gen 6 smartwatch on June 27. Depending on the style and usage, the battery life is said to last up to 2 weeks. A preview function for calls and messages, health tracking sensors, and other features will also be included with the Fossil Gen 6 Hybrid. The new Fossil wearable will combine characteristics of a smartwatch with the traditional design of an analogue timepiece.
Fossil, a manufacturer of watches, has announced via a microsite on its main website that it would be releasing the Fossil Gen 6 Hybrid smartwatch on June 27. The new smartwatch will mix the sophisticated functionality of a smartwatch with the traditional design that an analogue watch offers.
A couple of the smartwatch's specs have already been made public by the business. Depending on style and usage, the Fossil Gen 6 Hybrid will have a battery life of up to 2 weeks and call and text preview. When the smartwatch is within Bluetooth range of the wearer's smartphone, users will be able to access Alexa capabilities through the wristwatch. It will include a heart rate sensor, a SpO2 sensor, and other sensors. The Fossil Gen 6 Hybrid's display, according to the makers, will be simple to read indoors and out, day or night.

The smartwatch's claimed battery life in extended mode was over 24 hours. It has a SpO2 sensor, cardiac monitoring, and integrated wellness programmes. Google Assistant is supported, and Wear OS 2 is used to run it. Additionally, the smartwatch is 3ATM water resistant.
