vivo is preparing to release a new V series of smartphones in the near future. The V25 series is the newest addition to the family, following the V23 series, which debuted earlier this year. We now have some information about its specifications and a possible launch date.
According to a report from TechYorker, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer plans to release the V25 and V25 Pro in India in a matter of weeks. In the middle of July 2022, the lineup will be revealed. The new Vivo smartphones will be the company's latest premium smartphones, with prices ranging from 30,000 INR (approximately 385 USD) to 40,000 INR (roughly 512 US Dollars). Remember that this is still unconfirmed, so take it with a grain of salt for the time being.
The storage configurations for the V25 Pro, which will reportedly launch in three variants, were also revealed in the new report. The 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB models are all included. The device is also expected to have a 6.56-inch AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. A 50 megapixel Sony IMX766V primary sensor, a 12 megapixel ultra wide angle lens, and a 2 megapixel portrait camera will be found on the back of the phone.
In the meantime, the front of the phone has a 32 megapixel selfie camera. The MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC and a 4,500mAh battery pack that supports 80W fast charging may be included in the Pro variant. The base V25, on the other hand, is expected to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor or a Dimensity 1200 SoC. It could also have a 4,500mAh battery, but with support for 44W or 66W fast charging. The device is expected to come with a 16-megapixel selfie camera and a rear camera module that is identical to the Pro model.
