Key specifications for the POCO F4 5G, which will be released globally and in India on June 23rd.

The launch date for the POCO F4 5G has been confirmed. On June 23rd at 5:30 p.m. IST, it will make its debut in India and global markets. After the F1 and F3 GT, the forthcoming device will be the brand's third F-series device. It's widely expected to be the F1's successor, which was first unveiled in 2018.

 

POCO's India Twitter account has been teasing important features of the future F4 5G over the past few days. According to the specifications, it will most likely be a rebranded Redmi K40S in China.

 

On the front, the POCO F4 5G is expected to feature a fourth-generation E4 sAMOLED display with a punch-hole cutout in the middle. It will have a peak brightness of 1,300 nits and will support HDR10+. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner will be built in the power button of the device. It has been proved to be water-resistant to IP53 standards.

 

A rectangular camera module will be housed in a gradient rear panel on the POCO F4 5G. It will have three sensors, including a 64MP primary lens with optical image stabilisation and super blur reduction.

 

POCO's India Twitter account has been teasing major aspects of the upcoming F4 5G for the past few days, according to the specifications. Under the hood, the POCO F4 5G is confirmed to be packed with a Snapdragon 870 chipset. The Snapdragon 800 series chipset is believed to be the most optimised. The phone will have 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. We may expect the smartphone to come in a variety of RAM and storage capacities when it launches. The LiquidCool 2.0 technology, which includes a vapour chamber and 7-layer graphite sheets for heat dissipation, is expected to be included in the POCO F4 5G.

 

The POCO F4 5G will be available in Green and Black, according to teasers.
