The Xiaomi Poco F4 GT has some performance difficulties, according to a recent gaming test. The Poco F4 GT is POCO's first smartphone with a gaming-centric design for a worldwide audience.

The Poco F4 GT's terrible gaming performance was first made evident in a YouTube video that Golden Reviewer uploaded. Even though it reached its top speed of 60 frames per second, the Poco GT throttled throughout the tests.

Earlier this year, the Redmi K50 Gaming Edition underwent a name change to become the Poco F4 GT. It has magnetomotive shoulder triggers and Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 CPU. Overall, the YouTube video demonstrated that the Poco F4 GT averaged 47.5 frames per second.

The Poco F4 GT is the most disappointing gaming device in its class as a consequence of the damnably poor performance. Three minutes into the test, the throttling started, and by the tenth minute, the gadget had settled at only 40 frames per second.

The S22 Ultra averaged between 56 and 58 frames per second (fps), depending on the chip, to put the performance in context. The Exynos 990 and 2200-powered devices outperformed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-powered S22 Ultra variant in terms of performance. It should be noted that the Poco F4 GT's performance gets worse because it is a gaming smartphone. What could have caused the outcomes is unknown. Additionally, it should be noted that the test may not be entirely representative of the smartphone's capabilities.
