Last month, Honor began a global rollout of the Magic4 Pro smartphone, which will be accompanied by the Watch GS 3 and Earbuds 3 Pro. We've already looked at the phone, so now it's time to look at the two wearables.

We received a Classic Gold Honor Watch GS 3 with a Gold-colored body and a Brown leather strap, as well as White Honor Earbuds 3 Pro.

Honor GS 3 Watch

The watch was first unveiled in China in January, and it took Honor a month to bring it to the rest of the world. We'll be able to buy one for €230/£210 after three more months. From every angle, the 3D curved glass is stunning, and the build quality appears to be excellent.

Unfortunately, it does not support wireless charging, so you'll need to use the included proprietary charger with two pogo pins.

On the wrist, the 44g watch feels much lighter than expected. There are only two buttons on the right side, with no rotation or other controls, which isn't necessarily a bad thing because it makes things easier to use. Because of the curved screen, the finger glides freely across the touch screen.

The smartwatch obviously draws a lot of its R&D from when Honor was a Huawei subsidiary, so there are a lot of similarities between the Watch GS 3 and the Huawei Watch lineup. And that's a good thing, because Huawei has consistently produced some of the best wearables in recent years.

The Watch GS 3 has a lot of Honor's ideas, and it will be the first time the now-independent company's ideas are put to the test in the western markets.

Honor 3 Pro Earbuds
The Earbuds Choice X has already been reviewed, but the Earbuds 3 Pro aims much higher.

The earbuds' design is heavily influenced by Apple, but the stems are shorter and support gestures for easy control.

The AI temperature monitoring was one feature that piqued our interest. It's supposed to have a 0.3°C margin of error when measuring body temperature. Despite the fact that the Earbuds 3 Pro is currently available in five European countries, the feature appears to be unavailable on the continent.

We hope Honor will be able to enable it with a firmware update, but we wouldn't consider it when making a purchase.
