FCC has approved a low-cost Google Chromecast HD gadget

The new Google device has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, according to the FCC listing. Although there are few information regarding the new Google hardware, there are a few characteristics that stand out. The new Chromecast HD is expected to offer a 1080p resolution. It also has video streaming capabilities as well as many operating modes. A USB cable will be included as a charging accessory with the device. Multiple WLAN functionalities are enabled, with bandwidth rates up to 3Mbps.

The Chromecast HD with Google TV is indicated by the old naming standard for Google products. This is further supported by the device's 1080p resolution and 60Hz refresh rate.
