p>Despite a difficult start, Diablo Immortal remains one of the most popular games on the Android platform. It's the first game in the enormously popular Diablo series in a long time, but it appears like Samsung users will be left out.

While Exynos-powered smartphones are often believed to be inferior to Snapdragon-powered peers, the South Korean tech giant's Exynos-powered smartphones are generally considered to be superior to its Snapdragon-powered equivalents. This is simply a minor annoyance. However, it looks that certain mobile apps are unable to play this game owing to larger graphics fidelity concerns. Samsung customers using Exynos-powered phones have been experiencing difficulties such as artifacting when playing the game, according to a Reddit thread (via SamMobile).

These defects and performance concerns vary from tiny texture glitches to game-breaking errors. This problem was previously thought to be limited to the brand's entry-level devices, but it has now been verified to impact earlier flagship models like as the Galaxy S10 and Note 10 series as well.

As of right now, the Diablo Immortal developers have verified that they are aware of the problem and are working on a remedy that should be available shortly. However, Samsung smartphone consumers will have to wait for a while before being able to fully enjoy this game. As a result, the team is contemplating blocking downloads for the new title until the problem is resolved.
