The design of the Nothing phone (1) has been revealed by the tech firm, after a cryptic mention earlier this week. We previously knew phone(1) will have a transparent back, and we can see the wireless charging coil, however that is the sole see-through component of the gadget.
The remainder of the rear is hidden, but the twin camera system in the top left corner and a Nothing logo on the bottom can be seen. Around the camera and charging coil are various light-up strips that should be amazing to see in person.
Nothing says "Designed with purpose" like the phone's (1) design. Warmth abounds. "And happiness." We can see a volume rocker on the left-hand side and a power button on the other side of the phone, which looks to have flat edges. Nothing else specifies that phone (1) is built from materials that were chosen with care.
Nothing phone (1) is expected to launch with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 CPU and 45W quick charging, based on earlier clues. Nothing OS, which is based on Android 12, will be in charge of the software. Stay tuned to our webpage for additional information about the gadget as it approaches its July 12 debut.
