Apple's WWDC comes on June 6, and we're anticipating operating system upgrades for all of Apple's core devices, as is customary. One of the major new features for iPadOS this year, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, is a revised multitasking interface that highlights open background programmes. iPads will also gain new resizing options for app windows as well as new methods to manage many apps at once. The current version of iPadOS 15 supports split-view multitasking, which allows you to run two applications side by side while also allowing you to run another app in Slide Over mode on the side. The increased multitasking efforts in iPadOS 16 are aimed at positioning the iPad as a real laptop replacement. Over the last two years, the iPad portfolio has witnessed a considerable increase in customers, accounting for 9% of Apple's yearly sales.
Apple's iPadOS 16 will revolutionise multitasking.
