The Galaxy XCover6 Pro, the newest rugged smartphone from Samsung, has been officially announced. The Samsung Galaxy XCover6 Pro is extremely durable and supports 5G connectivity. A 6.6-inch PLS LCD with FHD+ resolution, a removable battery, and a mid-range chipset are included






An extremely durable and well-equipped smartphone is the Galaxy XCover6. Increased touch sensitivity, a 120Hz display refresh rate, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection are all features of this device. You can use the phone while wearing a glove or while using wet hands. Along with meeting the MIL-810H industrial standard, it is rated IP68 for water and dust resistance. The Snapdragon 788G chipset in the Galaxy XCover6 Pro enables 5G connectivity. It is 235g in weight and supports Wi-Fi 6E wireless connectivity.

The XCover6 Pro has three cameras: a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 13MP selfie camera. In the front, behind the waterdrop notch, is the selfie camera. The Galaxy XCover6 Pro has a RAM/internal storage configuration of 6GB/128GB. The microSD slot allows for internal storage expansion.

The 4,050mAh removable battery for the Galaxy XCover6 Pro is simple to swap out. The Galaxy XCover6 Pro is capable of 15W fast charging. A USC-C cable is included in the package, but there is no charger for the smartphone. The smartphone has a push-to-talk button that can be programmed. With OneUI, Android 12 will be the operating system for the Galaxy XCover6 Pro. The phone includes Samsung Dex and an upgraded speaker system.

The cost of the XCover6 Pro has not yet been disclosed by Samsung, but it is expected to be in the $626–€600 range. Beginning in July 2022, the Galaxy XCover6 Pro will be offered in a few markets throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Asia; additional markets will be added later.
