The Vivo Y55 4G has been released in Vietnam. In contrast to the previously launched Vivo Y55 5G device, which is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, this new 4G model is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC. The Vivo Y55 4G looks to be a rebranded version of the already-released iQoo Z6 44W smartphone in India. There is currently just one configuration option available. Vivo has not yet said whether or not this smartphone will be available in other locations.
Vivo Y55 4G price, availability
The Vivo Y55 4G is now available only in Vietnam. Only the 8GB RAM + 128GB onboard storage configuration is available, and it costs VND 6,990,000. (roughly Rs. 23,300). Vivo now only has two color options: Black Star and Snow White.
Vivo Y55 4G specifications, features
The specs of the Vivo Y55 4G and the Vivo Y55 5G differ somewhat. This smartphone, as previously stated, is powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC. The Vivo Y55 4G features a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with full-HD+ (2,400x1,080 pixel) resolution, 408ppi density, and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. It has 8GB of RAM with the possibility to activate 4GB of additional RAM. This smartphone is powered by the Funtouch OS 12, which is based on Android 12.
In terms of optics, this phone has a triple back camera arrangement that is led by a 50-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. On the rear, there are two 2-megapixel secondary sensors with an f/2.4 aperture. In addition, the Vivo Y55 4G has a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Vivo Y55 4G is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that is said to last up to 18 hours of continuous video streaming. With a 28-minute charge, the battery is supposed to give up to 50 percent battery backup and allow 44W rapid charging. The smartphone supports dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth v5.0 technologies for communication. On the bottom of the device, there is also a USB Type-C connector and a 3.5mm audio jack. This handset is 160.80x73.79x8.42mm in size and weighs 182g.
