The Vivo S15 and Vivo S15 Pro will be available in China on Friday, according to a post on Weibo. Vivo's vice president Jia Jingdong (translated) also revealed the phone's specs as well as several photography samples. The next Vivo S15 series smartphones are expected to offer 80W charging. They have been confirmed to work with OriginOS out of the box. The standard Vivo S15 is believed to have a 64-megapixel triple rear camera arrangement, while the Pro variant is expected to have a 50-megapixel triple rear camera setup. In the Vivo S15 series, the Chinese electronics company recently released the Vivo S15e model.

Vivo revealed the official launch date of the Vivo S15 and Vivo S15 Pro in China in a Weibo post. Meanwhile, Vivo's vice president Jia Jingdong revealed that the forthcoming models will include a flagship CPU and support for 80W charging. They are said to be powered by OriginOS. Along with the specs, the Vivo CEO revealed some camera samples from the Vivo S15 series. These samples demonstrate Sony image sensor camera developments in forthcoming phones.

The exact timing of the launch event is unknown at this time.

According to previous reports, the Vivo S15 Pro might be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC, with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device is said to have three back cameras: a 50-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel sensor combined with an ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro shooter.

The Vivo S15 is expected to come with a 6.62-inch AMOLED display. It is expected to include up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. The device might contain a triple back camera array with a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel shooter, and a 2-megapixel sensor.
