Redmi launched the Redmi Note 11T series in China yesterday. The Redmi Buds 4 series and the Redmibook Pro 2022 Ryzen Edition were also unveiled at the event. This event also saw the unveiling of the Xiaomi Band 7.
Before yesterday's presentation, the aforementioned products have previously been confirmed. The Redmi Note 11 SE, meanwhile, was not revealed earlier to the press briefing. Though the phone appears to be fresh, it is only a Redmi Note 10 5G clone.
In the first half of 2021, the Redmi Note 10 5G was announced. With a new outer design, the smartphone is also known as the Redmi Note 10T 5G and Poco M3 Pro 5G.
Redmi has re-released this handset under a new moniker, the Redmi Note 11 SE, a year after its first release. Unlike the previous three models, however, this one lacks the third 2MP macro camera on the back. Furthermore, instead of the Redmi Note 10 5G, it has a design that is nearly identical to the Poco M3 Pro 5G.
There are two memory combinations available for the phone: 4GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The devices are available in Shadow Black or Deep Sea Blue colour variants and cost $1,099 ($165) and $1,399 ($210) respectively.
The phone is currently available for pre-order and will be available for purchase on May 31. The base model will cost only 999 ($150) for a limited time as part of the 618 promotions.
Though the cost appears to be low, it is not. The original Redmi Note 10 5G was also released at the same time and for a short time at the same pricing.
